December 2, 2016 - Bid package released.  Invitation to bid sent to 5 firms.

January 3, 2017 - Addendum 001 released. Removed liquidated damages clause from bid form.

January 10, 2017 - Field survey of bridges.

January 11, 2017 - Addendum 002 released.  Changed allowable forms of submission to include email or fax.  Updated OHRY bridge inventory list.

January 13, 2017 - Bid openning.  Erman Anthony was lowest qualified bid.

June 12-14, 2017 - Took measurements of OHRY bridges.

General Scope of Work: Construction of a railroad siding, replacing timber structures with culvert piping, replacing bridge timbers and repair of timber bridges.

March 7, 2013 - Bidding documents released. Invitiation to bid advertisement placed in 3 newspapers and OHRY website. Additionally, facsimile copies of bid advertisement sent to 13 maintenance of way contractors.

March 19, 2013 - Mandatory pre-bid meeting held at 25 Delphine St, Owego, NY. 22  potential bidders attended.

March 20, 2013 - Addendum 001 released. Incorporated answers to clarification questions from pre-bid meeting into contract package and changed the due date to April 17, 2013.

April 17, 2013 - Sealed bid proposals due by 4:00 pm.  5 bids received.

April 29, 2013 - Recommended contractor submitted to New York Department of Transportation (NY DOT) for approval.

May 7, 2013 - NY DOT concurs with the selection of Atlas Railroad Construction with a bid of $916,900.00.

May 10, 2013 - Executed contract between Atlas Railroad Construction and The Owego and Harford Railway, Inc. in the amount of $916,900.00. Line item pricing shown below.
